If the laptop is stuck on the ' Just a Moment' screen, unplug any USB devices, especially a wireless mouse or keyboard.

Difficult restarts haven't worked, I've taken out the battery and took the plug out (afterward I had turned it off) and pressed the power button a few times just to make sure information technology was reset, turned it back on, I've done this before too and information technology still gets infinitely stuck on that screen.
At that place are currently no usb devices plugged into it, I just have my windows 10 dvd in the tray. I finally got to the bios screen, I've prepare the boot order to bank check for dvds and usbs kickoff, but now when I restart information technology merely goes back to the bios screen no matter what I press.
Currently I don't have the difficult bulldoze as an pick, so that's probably why. But does that mean information technology won't observe anything aside from the hard drive now?
Will also exam with usb drive and with re-enabling the hard drive as a boot choice and will say what happens.

Did you create the DVD from an ISO with called-for software, or just copy the ISO onto the Disc . . .

I used the Windows 10 Media Creation tool that they download and burnt information technology onto the DVD. Information technology's worked before so I know I did it correct, heh. Same thing with the USB, used the tool to create information technology.

Currently I don't see the windows logo when it starts up. I see the MSI logo, then the screen turns blackness for a moment, and then it switches to the Just a moment... screen. Also I was out for a bit and when I came dorsum it had gone to slumber and when I woke it up, the Simply a moment... was frozen.
I tried what you lot mentioned during the MSI logo screen but that didn't exercise anything.

Yes, when you see that MSI logo, you should power it on and off three times. Systems that come preloaded with Windows 10 volition apply the manufacturers logo instead of the Windows logo.

It's much older than that, it had windows 10 on information technology only it'south definitely too sometime for that to exist preloaded. By that I mean information technology was upgraded to x merely had something on it earlier, I think it came with 8. I'm non 100% sure. In any case the on and off iii times didn't do anything anyways.

Distressing this took so long, I havent been able to piece of work on the laptop in a few days.
I've tried the F3 thing a couple times. It either goes to the Merely a moment... screen once again, or it bluescreens. When it bluescreens, it starts off with a Please Await, and so I become this error code:
0xc000021a
And then it reboots and goes dorsum to just a moment...
