I would contact the manufacturer since everything you have tried did not piece of work. How old is the oven?
If all else fails try some vinegar sprayed on the within.

I usually spray some vinegar spray all over the warm oven put downwardly some paper towels on the lesser and add Dawn dish detergent with more than vinegar spray all over it usually will elevator the crusty stuff off the lesser.. Mary W. Chula Vista,CASpray with a vinegar solution. Then place a bowl of water within and heat at 300 for about an hour. When oven stops, wash with a vinegar/Dawn solution. Like cleaning a micro/convection oven.
Heat the oven upwardly ,turn it off . Set a bowl of ammonia in the middle let sit overnight . Make sure you lot go on the door closed. The adjacent morning time the surfaces will wipe make clean .
Tons and tons of elbow grease is the only thing that works! Be aware that ANY chemical you utilise will flavor everything you cook for the next week.
I have owned and cleaned every kind of oven you tin imagine: coal fired, propane, natural gas, electrical, convection, microwave and at present advantium. The GE Advantium is by far the worst oven I have ever had to clean. Anything that cleans it with relative ease will get out it unsuitable for cooking for multiple heating cycles. The official GE methods are grossly ineffective. "For tough crusty deposits, employ warm soapy water." Are you f$%king kidding me? I take seen and tried all the DIY suggestions on line and none of them are efficient. The almost popular method seems to involve vinegar and blistering soda. Great. I desire my third course science project volcano in my oven! The sodium bicarbonate keeps showing up for weeks after I recollect information technology is finally out of all the crevices.
